Recently, the State Council's joint defense and control mechanism comprehensive team deployed and dispatched all regions to implement 20 optimization measures as soon as possible through video conference, dispatching and training. There is still a need to improve quality and expand capacity and balance regional layout, especially to complement the shortcomings of severe medical services.
