Fish Type Mask Machine


The process of meltblown nonwoven fabric:
Polymer feeding---melt extrusion---fiber formation---fiber cooling---netting---reinforced into cloth.
Process: Polymer feeding melt extrusion --- fiber formation

Sheath-core type: It can make the non-woven fabric feel soft, and can be made into concentric, eccentric, and special-shaped products. Generally, cheap materials are used as the core, and expensive polymers with special or required properties are used as the skin layer. For example, the core is polypropylene, and the skin is nylon to make the fiber hygroscopic; Melting point polyethylene or modified polypropylene, modified polyester, etc. For carbon black conductive fibers, the conductive core is wrapped inside.

Side-by-side type: It can make non-woven fabrics have good elasticity. Usually, two different polymers or the same polymer with different viscosities are used to make side-by-side bi-component fibers. It can be made by using different polymers with different thermal shrinkage properties. into spiral curled fibers. For example, 3M has developed a non-woven fabric of melt-blown PET/PP bi-component fiber. Due to different shrinkage, it forms a spiral crimp, which makes the non-woven fabric have excellent elasticity.

Fish Type Mask Machine


End type: This is another polymer compounded at the end of the three-lobed type, cross type, such as antistatic, moisture-conducting, and conductive fibers, which can be combined with conductive polymers on the top, which can conduct moisture and conduct electricity , antistatic, and save the amount of conductive polymer.

Micro-denier type: sliced-orange, strip-peeled, or island-in-the-sea modules can be used. Two incompatible polymers are used to peel off to make ultrafine fiber webs, even nanofiber webs, such as the peeled-off bicomponent fiber developed by Kimberly-Clark, which is a bi-component fiber made of two incompatible polymers. The component fibers are in hot water for less than a second, and the two polymers can be completely peeled off to form a superfine fiber network. The sea-island type will dissolve the sea to obtain a fine island fiber network.

Mixed type: It is a fiber web that combines different materials, different colors, different fibers, different cross-sectional shapes, and even mixed with sheath-core fibers, both co-spun and bi-component fibers, so that the fibers have various properties required . This kind of meltblown bicomponent fiber nonwoven fabric or mixed fiber nonwoven fabric can further improve the filterability of the filter medium compared with general meltblown fiber products, and make the filter medium antistatic, conductive, hygroscopic, and reinforced barrier properties, etc.; or improve the cohesiveness, bulkiness, and air permeability of the fiber web.
